Employment

Central Westmoreland Career & Technology Center employs nearly seventy people. The majority are in full time positions that require certification through the Pennsylvania Department of Education. We also employ Program Coordinators, Instructional Assistants, Clerical Support Staff, and Maintenance Staff. All employees are required to submit background checks in accordance with PDE regulations and all new hires are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Announcement

Dear parent/guardian,

For any student who has medication or supplies in the nurse’s office, all unused medication must be picked up by a parent/guardian prior to the last day of school. Students are not permitted to carry medications home. CWCTC’s last day for students is June 3rd, 2022. Any medication not picked up will be properly disposed of at the end of the school day on June 3rd. No medication will be saved for use the following year. 

Medication Procedures and consent forms for the 2022/2023 school year will be available on our website, www.cwctc.org, prior to the start of the new school year.
